SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at FluxAura. We are dedicated to delivering your gaming gear and desk accessories safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We offer Tracked Shipping to the United States and Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Standard Tracked Shipping (US & CA): 7-12 business days.
* Express Shipping (If available): 3-5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Estimated delivery dates are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
3. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You can track your package via our "Track Your Order" page or through international tracking sites like 17track.net using your tracking number.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
FluxAura is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
(Note: For most standard packages to the US under $800, no customs duties will be charged.)
5. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
If you received your order damaged, or if the tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at 【这里填你的客服邮箱】.
We will work with the logistics carrier to investigate and ensure you get a replacement or a refund.
