2. Shipping Methods

Free Shipping
US orders enjoy free standard shipping. Delivery times: [7 - 14 ] business days in the US, [10 - 21] for international. Times vary by destination and customs.

3. Order Processing

At checkout, you will a couple different shipping options. Please take in account for processing, as well as weekends and/or national holidays when calculating your shipping time. Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed.

You'll get a shipping email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's site. Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to show.

5. Shipping Delays

If your package is lost or damaged, contact us right away with order details and pics if damaged. We'll investigate with the carrier. For lost packages, we'll reship or refund. For damaged ones, we'll replace or offer a partial refund.
